To ensure you’re entirely content with your order, we provide a 30-day window from the date of delivery for any concerns or dissatisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Email info@lugohuset.com with a request to return your product within 30 days of placing your order.
- Indicate whether you would like a full refund with the applicable reason.
- Ship your product with all the original packaging to the address provided by info@lugohuset.com. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs in order to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once the team receives your product with the packaging, we will inspect it to confirm the product was purchased from Lugohuset, it has not been worn, the original packaging is intact, and no damage was caused to the product.
- Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a notification from the Lugohuset team about the status of your return request.
- If the request is successful, you will receive a refund in full to the value of your original order within 1-4 business days after providing the relevant bank details and account information.
Please note we do not do exchanges. If you wish to purchase something else, please refund your order and place a new order with the product of your choice. Need help?
